Class Details
- All Levels Welcome!
- Please arrive 10 minutes prior to class start time.
- Equipment is included with enrollment fee after signing up.
- If you're new to our academy you will be required to sign a waiver.
- Please let us know if you have any previous injuries and/or need an asthma inhaler due to class content.
- Class may be canceled when we have weekend events.
- Classes subject to change.
